Property Management prices in Montenegro

The following list will give you an idea of the range and extremely competitive prices of our property management services in Herceg Novi. Changeover, cleaning & laundry services From €8 per hour
Thorough seasonal 'spring cleaning' Per agreement
Maintenance/repair service which involves our plumber, electrician, carpenter, builder, plasterer, tiller, roofer, computer network engineer/technician etc. €25 callout charge including first half hour. Every subsequent hour €20. Materials and travel cost excluded.
Larger refurbishment jobs and redecoration Per agreement
Swimming pool maintenance in Montenegro From €20 per visit (depending on the distance from our office) excluding the chemicals
Security/condition checks including taking pictures/video and writing a report From €20 per visit (depending on the distance from our office)
Meet & greet guests and provide them with local information. Property inspection on departure of guests and inventory checking against a supplied list From €15 per visit (depending on the distance from our office)
Supply a catering ‘welcome pack’ before arrivals €10 + cost
House-sitting for deliveries and appointments €10 per visit including first half hour. Every subsequent hour €10. Travel cost excluded.
Admin duties (bill payments, mail forwarding, etc.) €10 per hour + cost
Pest and vermin check with recommended action €35 per inspection + cost of recommended action
Landscape gardening Per agreement
Airport transfers for you and your guests Per agreement
Rental management - full holiday booking administration including correspondence and negotiation with guests, invoicing and availability calendar upkeep. €200 per year per property + 15% of all rental income.
Administration of Montenegrin Rent License application, which includes:
  1. completing and submitting the "license to let" application forms and paying the application fees
  2. hosting the tourist board official visit to rate the accommodation
  3. completing the forms and paying the owners income tax, and other applicable local taxes
  4. purchasing the official record keeping material including guest book, receipt book, complaints book, stamp, registration forms.
  5. verifying the record keeping material at the local council and if necessary paying the verification taxes

 

1st time application €250 plus taxes and stationary any subsequent renewal €100 plus taxes and stationary
