As holiday home owners ourselves, we understand your needs and can manage your property with the care we'd demand for our own. One of our company directors is a native of Montenegro, so we have a local network of freelancers and professionals who offer quality services, without the language and other barriers often encountered by foreigners.  Our maintenance team based in Herceg Novi includes highly skilled and reliable cleaners, plumbers, electricians, decorators, builders, carpenters, plasterers, tillers, roofers, gardeners, as well as computer network engineers and technicians.

We can look after your property, let it out of season, organise its repair and redecoration, assist with property sale/purchase, recommend a reputable English speaking lawyer or accountant, construct your own website, translate your business or other documents into Montenegrin.
