Herceg Novi views apartments

This fantastic villa with a swimming pool is located in the hillside hamlet of Zvinje 8km from the historic citadel town of Herceg Novi. The apartments are beautifully decorated and have panoramic views of the bay. All have air conditioning, separate patio areas for alfresco dining and a large private pool for guest's use. There are two large roof top terraces with sun beds available. There is also a large built-in BBQ. The house consists of 3 self contained apartments making it ideal for large groups who require an element of privacy. There is a studio (2 persons), a one bedroom apartment (upto 4 persons) and a two bedroom apartment (upto 6 persons). Herceg Novi old town is 10 minuts drive away.  The nearest beach 5 minutes, and Dubrovnik and Kotor are about 50km away, both recognised Unesco World Heritage sites.The villa is only 10min scenic drive away from VOLI - one of the best supermarkets in town.The nearest beach is 5 min drive away, near hotel Riviera in Njivice. It is a very clean pebble beach, with crystal clear water. The 7 km long seaside promenade that runs through Herceg Novi is about 6-7 min drive away.You will find many restaurants, bars, shops and small beaches along the promenade.
