A two bedroom house with a swimming pool in Zvinje, enjoying a spectacular views. A large living room on the upper floor opens up onto a terrace with built-in bbq and water fountain, looking out to breathtaking panoramic views over Herceg Novi town and the Boka Kotorska bay. On the lower floor there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a kitchen with a washing machine, fridge freezer, cooker and microwave and a bathroom.  There is a satellite TV. This is a lived-in holiday home on a beautiful hill, surrounded by nature, yet within 10 min drive of the beaches and the town centre.  Dubrovnik and Kotor are about 50Km away, both recognised Unesco World Heritage sites. A great place to spend your holiday in peace and harmony with nature, enjoying privacy, plenty of space and stunning views. The villa is only 10min scenic drive away from VOLI - one of the best supermarkets in town.The nearest beach is 5 min drive away, near hotel Riviera in Njivice. It is a very clean pebble beach, with crystal clear water. The 7 km long seaside promenade that runs through Herceg Novi is about 6-7 min drive away.You will find many restaurants, bars, shops and small beaches along the promenade.
