This large, two-bedroom apartment is very private, situated on the ground floor of a charming, stone-built family house. Spacious, comfortable and very peaceful, it is surrounded by trees, plants and flowers and only few min walk away from the beach, Old Town and the busy town centre. It is located in Savina, which is the best residential area in Herceg Novi because it is not over-built and most houses have gardens. Beaches, restaurants, bars, shops, cafes, markets, open-air cinema, as well as the medieval Old Town and the town centre are all only minutes away.Most Herceg Novi beaches are accessible via the long seafront Promenade called ‘Setalista Pet Danica’, which is only 3 min walk away from the apartment. The promenade is full of restaurants serving local & international cuisine, cafes, bars, patisseries and other fun & relaxation places. The beaches are pebbly, sandy or man-made and almost all hire out beach furniture. This is a real home-away-from-home, well equipped with quality fittings and furniture; suitable for a couple, a family or four friends. It is south–facing, overlooking a lush organic garden and the sea beyond. It is air-conditioned, has a modern kitchen and bathroom, a laundry area, a large sea-facing balcony and a north-facing terrace with a dining table for alfresco dining.Internet Wi-Fi connection is included in the rent.
