Herceg Novi - Wonderful and luxury Villa with pool for rent

This modern, spacious villa with pool is situated in a small village above Herceg Novi, the westernmost town on the Montenegrin coast. The Dubrovnik airport is just 30 minutes drive and the international airport at Tivat in Montenegro which now has direct flights to many capitals, is a 45 minute drive. The villa is spacious, has a pool and several beautiful terraces with breathtaking views of the town, mountains and the bay. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms (2 generously sized master bedrooms with comfortable double beds, and one bedroom with 2 bunk-beds); a large bathroom and laundry room with washing machine. On the first floor there is a well equipped kitchen, a small bathroom and a large living room with terrace doors along a whole wall, so one can enjoy the beautiful views unobstructed. The sofa in the living room converts into a double bed so the villa can accommodate up to 8 people. All rooms have an air conditioning unit. The large terrace on the top floor of this rentals is perfect for sunbathing or evening meals.

Next to this villa there is another, its exact double, also with pool. So, if you need accommodation for a larger group, please let us know. As the house is situated on the Zvinje hillside there is a short series tight bends to negotiate, which should't make a problem to experienced drivers. A supermarket and other shops, restaurants, cafes and other town amenities are all close by at roughly 5 min drive. The many beaches and other facilities of Igalo and Herceg Novi are variously 5 – 15 min drive away. Herceg Novi is a delightful town, rich in history and culture, surrounded by green hills, enjoying majestic views and offering clean, calm sea. At the foot of Mount Orjen and the entrance to Boka Bay, the town enjoys a mild climate throughout the year, with long summers and temperate winters. It boasts over 200 sunny days yearly which makes it an ideal Mediterranean holiday location. In winter, one can enjoy the snow on Mount Orjen, in the summer you can go hiking, biking, sailing or paragliding. Sports enthusiasts can also go on one of the daily excursions offered by scuba diving clubs in the area.
