Igalo - Luxury apartments at budget prices

This property consists of 4 separate apartments which can be rented individually as well as together. The house is ideal for large groups of 11 people. Each apartment has a private access, and large own terraces, so they enjoy considerable privacy. There is free parking space behind the house. The apartments are newly furnished, spacious, full of sunlight. The lounges are huge, the bedrooms generously sized, and the the balconies wonderful for sitting out, enjoying the enchanting sea and mountain views, or al-fresco dining. There are a few small food shops within 5-7 min walk away and a large supermarket 'VOLI' , ideal for all your supplies, just a couple minutes drive away; also a good variety of restaurants, as well as bakery and butchers. The butchers supply grilled meat take-aways that you can order by phone, and pick up later. Bed linens and towels are provided. The private road leading to the house rises steeply up, for about 40m, so those who don’t enjoy walking uphill in the summer heat may want to take a taxi. A local taxi agency (‘Taxi More’) is very reasonably priced – under 2€ from the beach, supermarket, or centre of Igalo, to the house. The car is not essential for exploring Herceg Novi – the local bus stop is about 10 minutes walk away – but having a car is convenient if you wish to explore the rest of the coast and inland Montenegro. Duplex (94 m2 + 20 terrace) . This large two-level apartment with great sea views is new, well equipped, very light and airy. It comprises 2 bedrooms (one with king size bed and a baby cot and the other with king size bed and a two bunk beds)[ both on the first floor, with terraces and A/C units. The bathroom , on the same floor, has a shower unit and and a washing machine. The kitchen and large dining – living room are on the lower floor and enjoy lovely views and lots of natural light. There is terrace and another bathroom/WC on this level too. This apartment, like all the others has a large satellite TV, is very private and convenient for a family or group.

Top penthouse apartment (105 m2 with terraces) - A very large, beautiful, elegant and comfortable apartment with fantasic sea and mountaun views that can be enjoyed from almost every room and especially form its terraces. It is convinient for families, friends or couples, with 2 bedrooms (one with king size bed and terrace, the other with two bunk beds and terrace). The sofa in the living room converts into a double bed if needed. The apartment is fully equipped and it has 2 bathrooms, washing mashine, coffee maker, kettle, AC and satellite TV. Situated on the top floor, it offers a private and completely relaxing vacation.

Second floor studio (30 m2 + terrace 15m2). – Perfect for a romantic holiday for two, or for a family/group, this is a wonderful studio apartment, fully furnished, with panoramic sea views and privacy for sunbathing on the terrace. The walls on two sides of the wrap-around terrace are double-glazing slide-doors - so the apartment is full of light and the terraces add considerably to the living area . This studio has a washing machine, large satellite TV, A/C unit, a modern kitchen with a coffee maker, kettle etc. It also has its own private entrance.

First Floor studio (30 m2 + terrace 20m2). This comfortable studio is on the first floor and it is fully equipped. It has a terrace with sea view, satellite TV, A/C unit, a modern kitchen with coffee maker, kettle etc. Comfortable, modern, nice bathroom but no washing machine. It also has a private entrance.

Herceg Novi is within an easy reach of Igalo via its pleasant sea-front promenade, or by bus/car. The town has around 70 registered beaches; some are situated along the promenade and others on the surrounding peninsulas - in Rose, Miriste, Zanjice, Mamula island etc... Being at the entrance of Boka Bay, Herceg Novi & Igalo enjoy a geographic location of majestic natural beauty.
